We did get to celebrate! Josh''s mom sent us an Applebees gift card and we went out to eat with Wyatt. He made such a mess with his Puff snacks all over the floor. Josh and I had steak. It was excellent!

MOM / Friday, December 14 2007 07:25 PM

Hope you got the card and were able to go out. I am checking my schedule tonight and will let you know when I''m coming in Jan. since Pete isn''t coming now. Wyatt is so cute and must be such a joy. I miss not being a part of it. I''ve had Gavin the last 2 nights and he is fun and very inquisitive..he likes Higgly Town heroes!

Vicky / Friday, December 14 2007 02:49 PM

Happy Anniversary! Did ya''ll get to celebrate?

I don''t take anything to counteract anything right now but the Heparin and progesterone are no big deals for me. I''m already used to the injections from my last pregnancy. The progesterone makes me sick all the time but I''m actually getting used to that too. This time I know what contractions feel like so at the slightest hint of them somewhere down the road I will go in and get the contraction drugs and hopefully that will nip it in the bud and it won''t get out of control like last time! Thanks for the prayers!

Vicky / Tuesday, November 20 2007 04:18 PM

WA-HOOOOO!!!! I''m really happy for ya''ll = ) I''ll be praying for a safe, uneventful, no-contraction pregnancy and that 2nd baby Himan arrives safely. Will you be taking something to counteract the extra

Dan / Tuesday, September 11 2007 05:03 AM

I learned a lot about hard work and not quitting from grandpa, I hope I''ll be able to help teach Wyatt some of those things.

Vicky Peterson / Monday, September 10 2007 01:51 PM

It''s a happy day in Heaven for the saints there and especially for Granpa Harlan!! We will be praying for you and the rest of the family as you mourn his presence on earth and rejoice in his home in Heaven.

Of course he''ll be watching the Bills game...and he won''t need to be babysat, cuz he''ll be cheering on the team and watching diligently!

What was his height and weight?..and as for that Browns blanket, he''s probably trying to figure out what those dismal colors are doing on his wall? The Bills are much brighter and happier for him to look at!

I don''t blame him for not liking the babyfood...it is bland. I like my salt! When Josh was little I blended alot his veggies so he just ate what we were eating..of course my kids had nothing they didn''t like, and remember if they did, they had to give me 3 weeks notice to change it. Isn''t it funny, Josh hated peas too!

Vicky / Wednesday, August 1 2007 02:00 PM

I LOVE baby food! Except for maybe the liver, I like everything else. I especially like the veggies because they don''t salt anything. A lady was buying baby food in front of us in Wal-mart yesterday and I was looking at all the different flavors she had...practically drooling = ) It''s so much fun hearing about and seeing Wyatt growing up! Thanks for being so good about updating.

I think he is my cutest grandson in Ohio! Of course, I''m not sure where he got the hair..the color and straightness may be Missy''s, but the unruliness does remind me of a few of Josh''s pictures. I can''t wait until you come and visit and we can hold him again.

I bet that sleeping is the part you liked best about the trip. However, I think there is a little favoritism going on here, and I think the Himan side of the family deserves a week of his undivided attention too, so you better ship Wyatt on overnight express to us..or better, you can skip your jobs and come visit!

I heard that if you run the vacuum it helps them sleep...so you could get housework done at the same time. I have heard the one about wrapping them tightly too...like they do in the hospital. I know rachel did this, at least for awhile. Maybe you could play some soothing music for him! I love his pictures and can''t wait to come see him again soon. Praying for your hip..and your classes! Love Nannie

Dawn / Thursday, March 22 2007 01:53 PM

I heard that car rides work, or putting him in the carseat ontop of the dryer when it is running. OR, I heard that if he is wrapped up tightly and held a certain way (i forgot this part of the tip, sorries!) that he should fall asleep for you. Glad to hear of the good news, I hope that everyone can be able to catch up on the sleep that has been lost :) Talk soon!

Tiff / Thursday, March 22 2007 01:16 PM

We love having Wyatt here!!! We wouldn''t want him anywhere else!

Vicky / Thursday, March 22 2007 09:11 AM

I will definitely be praying for you as you go back to work on Monday... tough both physically and emotionally but I know you are one strong chicky = ) Take care of yourself and your family!
